Home Battery 24 kWh Sigenergy with Emergency Backup Function
For this customer with an annual power consumption of more than 15,000 kWh, we realized a powerful and future-proof home battery solution. Chosen was a Sigenergy 24 kWh system, one of the most highly regarded batteries on the market. The system is modular, extremely safe and designed with reliability and scalability in mind.
The system is equipped with an off-grid backup function, so that the customer can continue with their daily energy use as usual in the event of a power failure. Thanks to its IP66 rating, the battery is perfectly suited for outdoor mounting, and in this case placed under a canopy, out of direct sunlight.
The installation was easy but has a complicated cable route of almost 30 meters. And the existing solar panels were read into Sigenergy's software. In the event of a power failure, these panels recharge the batteries during the day. A nice solution that offers the customer more independence and peace of mind.
